Truestar Anise

Dogs have always been part of my life. Although there were large breeds such as German Shepherds or Boxers in my childhood home, first Norwich Terriers and later also Norfolks stole my heart completely.
I bought my first Norwich Terrier “Sikari Sakari” (Fantabulous Idget the Midget) in1986.

I have passed the Finnish Kennel Union’s course for breeders in 2002 and chose the name Truestar Anise, which was accepted in 2003. The name of the kennel is based on my nickname “Anis”.

I have four dogs at home at the moment, two Norfolks and two Norwich Terrier.I live with my husband and our dogs in Raisio, Finland. My dogs enjoy playing with children and our Goddaughter Josefiina visits us weekly with her sisters to have a good time with their furry friends.

As a breeder I aim to breed charming and good-tempered but still real terriers (keeping the breed standard in mind). Typically, they bring a lot of joy and happiness to their owners and are, despite of their small size, the perfect companions for people who like long walks outdoors
